More about Sound Healing and Lisa:
Lisa Kawski invites you to an evening of Guided Meditation and Sound Healing for the Soul. Everything is vibration. Vibration is energy. We connect through energy, to ourselves as well as others. Creating ceremony, ritual and offering sacred sound is a means to connect with one's self on an intimate and personal level. Gentle guidance through meditation invites relaxation - turning inward, expanding outward. Listen to your heart. Let the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes, gong, drums and bells and other magical instruments transport and heal you. Sound vibration is a powerful tool to help recalibrate the body, mind and spirit. Feel yourself relax and melt away during this time dedicated just for you.
Lisa was introduced to the beauty of sound healing in 2016 when she was asked to play a quartz crystal singing bowl at a friend’s gathering. As she stroked the bowl, she felt the vibrations of the sound go through her entire body. She looked around to see if anyone else felt what she had – she instantly knew this was the instrument for her to share her “voice” – through singing bowls she would create her business Sound Healing for the Soul which has become Lisa’s vehicle for sharing her musical talents and expressing herself.
